What happens during the consultation?

Lee comes out, walks your yard, and figures out what's actually going on. He'll identify your grass type, look at the condition of the lawn, and check for the things that affect lawn health: weeds, disease, insect pressure, soil condition, and compaction. From there, we put together a plan and pricing for you. We don't quote a price on the spot, because doing it right sometimes means taking a soil sample or looking a little closer first.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. No charge, no obligation. Lee comes out, looks at your lawn, and tells you what it needs. If you decide to move forward, great. If not, no pressure.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract required. We earn your business season by season. If you're not happy, you're not locked in.

How much does lawn care cost?

It depends on the size of your yard, your grass type, and what your lawn actually needs. That's why we do a free consultation first, so we can give you a real price instead of a guess. We'll never sell you treatments your lawn doesn't need.

Why don't you list prices on the website?

Because every lawn is different. A quarter-acre Centipede lawn and a one-acre Bermuda lawn need different programs at different costs. Listing a single price would either overcharge some homeowners or underdeliver for others. The consultation lets us price your specific lawn honestly.

Do you offer one-time treatments or only ongoing programs?

Most lawns do best on an ongoing program, because lawn health is built over a season, not in a single visit. But we also do one-time treatments when that's what your yard needs. We'll talk through what makes sense for your situation during the consultation.

What services do you offer?

We handle the treatment side of lawn care: lawn fertilization, weed control, disease and fungus control, insect and grub control, soil testing and pH balancing, and aeration and overseeding. We focus on what keeps a lawn healthy.

Do you mow lawns?

No. We're a lawn treatment company, not a mowing service. We handle feeding, weeds, disease, pests, and soil. If you need mowing, we're happy to point you toward someone reliable.

What kinds of grass do you treat?

All the warm-season grasses common in the Pee Dee: Bermuda, Centipede, Zoysia, and St. Augustine. Each one needs a different approach, and we build the program around the grass you actually have.

Can you fix my lawn if it's already in bad shape?

Usually, yes. Most lawn problems are fixable with the right diagnosis and a consistent program. Some take a full season to turn around, and we'll be honest with you about what's realistic and how long it'll take.

It depends on your grass type and your program. A high-maintenance Bermuda lawn might get treated several times a season. A low-input Centipede lawn needs fewer visits. We'll lay out the schedule during the consultation so you know what to expect.

Do I need to be home when you treat my lawn?

No. Once we've done the initial consultation and you're on a program, we can treat your lawn while you're at work or away. Just make sure pets are inside and gates are unlocked so we can get to the whole yard.

Will the treatments hurt my kids or pets?

We use products responsibly and follow all label guidelines, including re-entry times after application. We'll let you know if there's any window you need to stay off the lawn after a treatment.

We time applications around the weather as much as possible. Some products need to be watered in, others need time to dry first. Part of doing this right is paying attention to the forecast, not just the calendar.

Lawns are living things affected by weather, water, and how they're maintained between visits, so no honest company can promise a perfect lawn overnight.
